we were young and naive still

Ya'aburnee means you bury me. (That is to say - I hope to die first, for I cannot go on without you.)
Beastly: Lindy's Diary - Alex Flinn it as okay. it helps you empathize more with lindy who doesn't appear in beastly well within the story. and, even though it shows different things - because what kyle thinks she's thinking isn't always the same, i believe lindy was too immature. i honestly believed the author would use more the whole 'my dad's an addict' stuff, but i guess... i mean, it's not such a big deal - it was a funny story with interesting literary references that make you feel cool when you catch them, but the fact remains that lindy could've been handled better. however, it's easier to understand her here - and it's refreshing to see her admit that she only liked kyle because she thought he was cute. i mean, what's so bad about that - you obviously feel attracted to pretty people - especially if you haven't talked to them.
